Who We Are

What Data We Collect
- Contact form — when you submit our contact form, we collect your name, email address, and the content of your message.
- Newsletter — if you subscribe to our newsletter, we collect your email address. This is processed via Brevo, our email service provider.
- Analytics — we use Google Analytics 4 to collect anonymised data about how visitors use our website, including pages visited, time on site, and general location (country/region level). No personally identifiable information is collected through analytics.
- Cookies — our website uses cookies. See our Cookie Policy for full details.
How We Use Your Data
Contact form submissions are used solely to respond to your enquiry. Newsletter subscriptions are used solely to send you updates about new reviews and articles, only with your explicit consent. We do not sell, share, or transfer your personal data to third parties except where required to deliver our services (for example, Brevo for email delivery, and Hostinger for website hosting).
Legal Basis for Processing
We process contact form and newsletter data on the basis of your consent, which you provide via the consent checkbox on our forms. You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting us or, for the newsletter, by using the unsubscribe link in any email we send.
We process analytics data on the basis of legitimate interests in understanding how our website is used and improving it.
How Long We Keep Your Data
Contact form submissions are retained for 12 months from the date of submission, after which they are deleted from our system.
Newsletter subscriber data is retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion.
Analytics data is retained in accordance with Google Analytics default retention settings (14 months).
